Mass incarceration is an issue in our country that destroys individuals, families and communities. Currently, more people are behind bars in the United States than there are living in many major cities. This panel will explore the complexities of the policy decisions that lead to mass incarceration, examine the role that government has in this epidemic and discuss ways that we as a community can work collectively to end this system.
