Fedrick C. Ingram is Vice President of the Florida Education Association (FEA). FEA represents more than 140,000 school employees in Florida’s public schools, colleges and universities. Prior to becoming FEA Vice President, Mr. Ingram was the first African-American elected President of United Teachers of Dade (UTD).
Mr. Ingram became a music teacher serving in the classroom for ten years. His award-winning band programs were recognized statewide and nationally.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Bethune-Cookman and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Barry University.
