Carrie Hughes, MSN, RN, currently works as the clinical nurse educator in the Labor & Delivery Unit at Wellspan Heath-York Hospital, in York, Pennsylvania. Carrie has over 22 years' experience in the nursing profession, with the last 13 caring for the obstetrical population. Carrie is a certified AWHONN fetal monitor instructor and certified by NCC in in-patient obstetrics. In addition to the hospital setting, Carrie also shares her knowledge and passion for this patient population as a clinical and classroom faculty at the Harrisburg Area Community College - York, Pennsylvania. She currently is the simulation coordinator and teaches the obstetrical course. No conflict.
