Sarah Bosserman, MSN, RN, CNOR, is the perioperative clinical nurse educator for WellSpan Health York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania, a Level I Trauma Center. Sarah served as a York Hospital Evidence-Based Practice Fellow in 2016, focusing on OR new nurse retention methods. During the 2017 AORN Surgical Conference & Expo, Sarah was recognized as one of AORN's Top 40 Under 40 recipients. Sarah currently serves as on AORN's Fellowship Level Membership Task Force, as a CNOR Prep Live instructor, and has presented for local and national professional conferences. She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International, Eta Eta Chapter, serving as on the board for Leadership Succession; as well as for her local AORN chapter, serving as a board member and planning the educational programs. She is well-versed in planning programs for continuing education, which meet ANCC criteria. No conflict.
