Identify systems, processes, and tasks within the perioperative environment that correlate to successful delineation of leadership responsibilities. Utilizing the mentorship framework, a nursing leader professional development plan will be outlined, including critical perioperative leadership competencies based on the AONE competency model. An assessment of current leadership performance will guide the framework for building capabilities in all levels of leadership to achieve the desired future state.
