Participants will analyze a typical Calculus free response question to identify content taught in Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-Calculus courses to see evidence that every course plays a role in the development of strong AP math students. Engaging Calculus activities that can be adaptable to any math course will provide ready-to-use classroom materials. Strategies for deconstructing multiple choice and free response questions with a focus on process and problem-solving, not just computations, will also be highlighted.
