In this session, participants will explore the data and interpret the meaning behind the 2019 AP Spanish Literature and Culture exam results. The presenter will share compiled commentary and recommendations from those involved in scoring the 2019 exams, but this information will be only the beginning of the conversation. The participants and the presenter will collaborate to co-create meaningful classroom strategies to address common difficulties that students encountered on the 2019 exam. The goal of the session is to bring together the expertise of those involved in evaluation and those involved in instruction to improve student outcomes on the 2019 exam and prepare students for success in college-level courses in Spanish literature, culture, and criticism.
