Participants will review the results of the 2019 AP Computer Science A assessment with the Chief Reader. The session will focus on the scoring of the free response questions and the challenges that these questions posed for both the students and the readers. Participants will discuss strategies that they may use to improve the performance of their students. New and experienced teachers, as well as administrators, will gain insight into, and learn more about, the AP Computer Science A course.
