In this session, attendees will examine how boundaries are an important part of the Political Geography portion of the course and evaluate the nature and function of international and internal boundaries. This session will focus on how boundaries are created and why some boundaries lead to conflict. Case studies will be examined including the Law of the Sea. These case studies will allow the participants The session will expose teachers to a variety of maps, videos, and articles they can use to teach the importance of boundaries.
