Participants will learn how to create an online hub for student learning by exploring Google resources including Google Sites and Google Drive for information sharing. They will develop an outline of subject-specific resources applicable to their own classroom. Participants will learn how to share multi-media resources using a digital Interactive Notebook. Unique links provide students a risk-free method of assessment that can be repeated as needed. Help becomes available even when students are not face-to-face with instructors. Participants will access Google Forms to observe the development of review activities. Custom links can be used multiple times for student practice and can serve as self-testing resources or digital flashcards. Data gives instructors real-time feedback. Participants will analyze research of student populations today. The discussion will center on changing student populations and how digital resources can be used to help the 21st-century student.
