In this session, presenters will share the strategic plan they developed to grow the AP program at their school using relevant student and teacher data. They will take participants through the development and roll out of the plan that resulted in a significant increase in AP program participation, from 900 to 1400 exams. They will explore communicating the message to the community and stakeholders in a way that encourages increased student participation in the AP program in a competitive environment. They will share specific talking points and scenarios they encountered as they sought to grow their AP program.
