Manager Quality and Patient Safety

Caroline serves as Manager of Quality and Patient Safety at Penn Medicine CCH. Before joining Penn Medicine in January 2017, Caroline has had several roles in Quality, Patient Safety, and Performance Improvement. She has successfully led teams in improving performance in Ventilator Associated Pneumonia, Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infections and Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infections. She has also successfully led projects to reduce Venous Thromboembolism and reduce Sepsis mortality. Caroline is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She has taught certification classes for Yellow Belt, Introduction to Lean, and mentors Green Belt Candidates.
Caroline received her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through Lockhead Martin and Rutgers University. She received Lean training through Johns Hopkins’ Armstrong Institute. Caroline received her BSN from West Chester University and her dual MSN/MBA from Wilmington University.
Caroline enjoys traveling, relaxing on the beach, and gathering with family and friends.
