Ms. Jamine Weiss is an Epidemiologist on the International Infection Control Program in the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She works with Ministries of Health and partner organizations in low-resource health systems to establish infection prevention and control programs, conduct healthcare-associated infection surveillance, and build capacity for antimicrobial resistance detection and prevention. Ms. Weiss is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received her Master of Public Health in Behavioral Sciences and Health Education from Emory University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Public Health at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
