Christina Eclarino is an Assistant Program Specialist, Public Health Nurse at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Acute Communicable Disease Control Program. She has been a registered nurse since 2011 and has worked for public health since 2012. In addition to her experience as a public health nurse, Christina has nursing experience as a cardiac, orthopedic, perinatal hepatitis B and works in clinical trial research. She is currently the acting nursing supervisor for the Healthcare Outreach Unit liaison public health nurses, responsible for infection prevention outreach and response at all acute care hospitals in LA County, as well as the Emergency Medical Services Agency (EMS) liaison, where she collaborates with prehospital care providers regarding infection prevention and control.
