Balboa Park has evolved into the cultural, botanical, and historical heart of San Diego. This field session explores some of the oldest and newest features of the park, while discussing planning for a future that considers climatic and cultural sustainability, historic preservation, and a diversity of uses. Attendees will enjoy an expert-led walk of the grounds with behind-the-scenes access.
$165 per person by July 12; $180 after July 12; includes transportation, water, and catered lunch. Extensive walking.
