In this global economy, a plethora of economic studies have shown that diversity is a key driver of innovation and an important component for global economic success. This panel will discuss how a more inclusive platform can shape an authentic and successful practice that colors outside the lines.

• Understand the ways in which a practice built on a flexible, diverse platform can produce more innovative and authentic design work.
• Define best practices on how to build a unique platform that is defined by a pluralistic ethos.
