Paso del Norte Institute for Healthy Living @ UTEP

The Paso del Norte Institute for Healthy Living (IHL) at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) provides leadership through innovative and sustainable approaches to promote Healthy Eating and Active Living (HEAL) in the Paso del Norte Region. This region stretches across two countries and three states; El Paso and Hudspeth Counties in far west Texas, Doña Ana, Luna, and Otero Counties in southern New Mexico, and the municipality of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
