Using National Dietary Data: Building Blocks to Expand Your Research Portfolio

This hands-on session will provide the “building blocks” for using dietary intake data from What We Eat in America, NHANES 2015-2016. Key features on how the data are collected that relate to analyses will be described, and the research products and tools to augment dietary data analysis will be demonstrated. Learn about dietary intake data collection, survey databases, and research products in this hands-on workshop (bring your laptop) that will provide attendees with a variety of resources that can be used in current and future nutrition practice. Attendees will receive a special workshop-set of e-resources.
