Why do we consistently see individual variability in response to weight loss or weight gain prevention interventions in adults? The ADOPT Core Measures Project is a first step toward the broader goal of developing and delivering more effective, individualized treatments for obesity using a precision medicine approach. In this session, participants will learn about the ADOPT Core Measures Project with a focus on precision medicine and learn about potential funding mechanisms for implementing the measures in obesity prevention and treatment clinical trials.
