Jessica Campbell, Ph.D., is a senior nutrition manager at General Mills, Inc. She manages the Global Nutrition Scientific and Regulatory Affairs team and is a member of the Bell Institute of Health & Nutrition. Dr. Campbell leads a group of dedicated nutrition and food scientists, dietitians, and public health nutritionists. The Bell Institute integrates nutrition science, regulatory expertise and communications to deliver strategic innovation in health and nutrition for General Mills’ businesses globally. Her professional experience is in the food industry leading clinical research studies, global nutrition scientific and regulatory matters, and developing global health and nutrition innovation strategies for General Mills. Dr. Campbell serves on the International Food Information Council (IFIC) board of directors and as co-chair of the IFIC Nutrients for Health committee. She is a member of the American Society of Nutrition (ASN) and the International Life Science Institute (ILSI) North America and serves on the ILSI Scientific Leadership Council. She is also the industry vice-chair of Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) Nutrition, Health and Labeling Committee.
