Nikki Tang, M.D., FAAD, FACMS, is the Director of the Cutaneous Surgery & Oncology Unit, Dermatology representative on the Cutaneous Multidisciplinary Tumor Board, Assistant Residency Program Director, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Tang is a board certified dermatologist and completed an American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) accredited fellowship in Mohs micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology. She specializes solely on patients with skin cancer- offering Mohs surgery and facial reconstruction for all types of cutaneous cancers including advanced basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, rare skin cancers such as dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, and melanoma.
Dr. Tang graduated from the combined Program in Liberal Medical Education at Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and medical degree. She completed her internship, dermatology residency and advanced fellowship training at Mt. Sinai-St. Luke's, Roosevelt & Beth Israel Medical Centers in New York, NY.
In addition to being a published author of both basic science and clinical research and presenting her work at national dermatology conferences, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.
