Given the continuous increasing spanish-speaking attendance to the AUA's annual meetings, and the AUA's interest to strengthen international partnership/collaboration, we believe there is a need in a spanish course in urethral reconstruction. I have strong relationship with over 150 urologists practicing genitourinary reconstruction in Latinamerica, Caribbean, Portugal and Spain. Two years ago we created a networking and collaborative group that communicates mainly via WatsApp. The following course, will address the poor formal GU reconstruction in Latin-America and will serve to improve surgical care in the region. This time included faculty from South America and Spain, to broaden the audience. The objectives of the course will be to describe current trends in complex and challenging techniques in urethral reconstructive surgery, with emphasis in troubleshooting.
