The Continuum of Care track is intended for all clinicians who currently provide or are interested in providing for the vascular access needs of the patients in and beyond the acute care space. Targeting novice and seasoned providers alike, this track focuses on improved outcomes, best practices and novel strategies to care for the unique needs of these patient populations and care settings. Attendees will have a chance to learn from vascular access experts and network with peers.
