Dr. Kate Hanneman graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine in 2009 and completed Diagnostic Radiology Residency training at the University of Toronto in 2014. She completed a Cardiovascular Imaging fellowship at Stanford University in 2015. Following her fellowship, Dr. Hanneman joined the Cardiothoracic Division of the Joint Department of Medical Imaging, and is appointed as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She recently graduated from the Masters of Public Health Program in Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is an expert in Cardiac MRI and CT. She is appointed as a Clinician-Scientist at the University Health Network (UHN) Toronto General Hospital Research Institute and her research focuses on advanced cardiac MRI and clinical outcomes in patients with non-ischemic cardiomyopathies.
