Dr. Rachelle Krause is a PGY-5 in the Adult Cardiology program at the University of Toronto. She completed her medical school training at Ross University School of Medicine, and Internal Medicine residency at the University of Toronto. She has interests in Advanced Heart Failure and Echocardiography, and research interests in Quality Improvement and Public Health. Current projects include work with Dr. Jeremy Kobulnik at Mount Sinai Hospital on clinical outcomes in heart failure patients after implementation of a quick heart failure post-discharge clinic. This is her third time attending CCC and always looks forward to reconnecting with familiar faces from around the country. She is a native to the Greater Toronto Area, and uses her spare time to max out her METs on the squash court and run races around the city.
