Meet Dr. Niznick and other community cardiologists to discuss and learn about how a community practice operates from initiation of a new practice, joining an existing practice, management of a practice, and financing. This will be an interactive session allowing trainees to explore what type of practice they may want, and the style of practice.

• understand the challenges and benefits of a community cardiology practice;
• learn how a community practice operates and what it can offer you; and
• appreciate important aspects of a community practice before starting or joining one.
