Trainee Program

SURGICAL SKILLS: BEGINNER

Designed for medical students and junior residents to get hands-on experience doing cardiac surgery procedures using porcine models. Skill included will involve proximal anastomosis, distal anastomosis, aortic valve replacement. Students will have their choice of skills and an opportunity to discuss cardiac surgery with senior residents.
