Do you want a career in academia or industry or looking for residency? Refining last year session by providing trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to build their best CV or a resume. In this year's workshop, within a small group discussion, trainee will be paired with an expert in their chosen field including a scientist, surgeon, cardiologist, HR personnel, clinician, and professor, who will give advice on what they look for when hiring, and how to organize the format and content of your CV or resume to make it stand out.
