Amyloidosis is a rapidly growing concern in cardiology, with the aging of the population, improvements in diagnostic tools and increasing awareness. The importance to the practicing medical professional of understanding cardiac amyloidosis has been greatly augmented by the recent approval of highly effective drugs for what was previously an untreatable condition.
This symposium provides a full update on the most recent clinically relevant discoveries in epidemiology, diagnostic challenges and technologies, and therapeutic considerations, to provide the practitioner with the understanding needed to master this important problem.
