Akhil Shenoy, MD, MPH is the Director of Transplant Psychiatry at CUIMC and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. He specializes in the psychiatric clinical care of liver transplant recipients and donors. His research focus includes alcohol use disorder and other addictions in the context of alcohol related liver disease and the psychosocial outcomes of transplant. He is also interested in the psychosocial outcomes of organ donation and the use of the electronic health record in CL Psychiatry.
