Learner Outcomes:

During this session, participants will begin creating their own job-specific guidance manual for successful completion of professional and personal commitments.
After participating in this session, participants will understand the difference between working for an organization with a strategic plan, versus being a critical component of that strategic plan. .
After participating in this session, participants will be able to tap into their ability to achieve their unique professional and personal visions.
