Director of Administrative Services / CFO
Jeff Tucker has been the CFO for NapaSan since 2009, where he focuses his attention on financial and operational transparency with the public and stakeholders through the use of the annual budget document, financial reports, NapaSan's website, and stakeholder outreach meetings.
Jeff received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Jeff is a professional member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, CWEA and WEF, and is currently serving as Treasurer for BAYWORK. He is a past Treasurer and Board member for CWEA.
