Ibrahim graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on water resources and transportation. After graduating, he began working with the City of Los Angeles' Bureau of Engineering (BOE) and has worked on a wide variety of capital improvement projects ranging from bridge rehabilitations to water reclamation. He is currently a project manager for BOE's Environmental Engineering Division and manages over $85M in wastewater projects in the City's four major water reclamation plants. Ibrahim has a passion for sustainability and enjoys looking for new avenues to deliver sustainable projects that make Los Angeles the most liveable city in the world.
