When poorly designed products result in pollution, we can ask producers to redesign or take-back their products voluntarily, but that rarely works. California Product Stewardship Council (CPSC) will share how partnerships lead to voluntarily or mandatory measure to ensure that producers share responsibility for the water pollution their products cause.

How to pass and implement EPR ordinances for HHW products.
How to layer an EPR program over existing collection programs.
Outcomes from existing EPR ordinances in local and state levels.
