While facing regulatory, financial, and workforce challenges, water utilities must also focus on sustainability and strategic positioning to meet greater future challenges. Two medium-sized resource recovery facilities (Delta Diablo and Napa Sanitation District) will share how embracing the “Utility of the Future Today” values successfully drives organization improvements and innovation.
