This session focuses on leadership development and employee motivation to address the challenges of the Utility of the Future, including actions of creating a collaborative organization and positive workplace environment. It is addressed to all those interested in self-knowledge and who desire to be formal, or informal, leaders.

Learner Outcomes:

Apply knowledge and insights gained to help meet challenges of the Utility of the Future.
Identify the evolution of leadership models and theories.
Increase employee motivation and engagement through self-awareness.

Level: Intermediate; working knowledge of subject matter / journeyman level staff
