Provide engineers with a new approach for directly measuring grit settling-velocity with a column. Learn how this may replace current design practices to use a sieve analysis and sand-equivalent size conversion to determine settling-velocity and in-turn evaluate existing removal efficiency performance, and the design, of new grit removal systems.
