Most utilities see an asset management program as being an extensive program when all it really needs to be is doing the thing we normally do well! This technical session will present some very easy methodologies to improve the management of your utilities assets.

Learner Outcomes:

Develop and manage and Asset Register.
Plan and schedule maintenance based on asset criticality.
Prioritize asset maintenance based on asset condition.

Level: Intermediate; working knowledge of subject matter / journeyman level staff
