The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District’s mission is to responsibly manage stormwater in service of safe, sustainable and livable communities. This discussion will include the approach taken in order to address flooding and water conservation concerns as well as case studies of projects that address stormwater management.

Identify common flooding problems in a watershed.
Identify possible solutions to flood control problems.
Identify possible solutions to water conservation problems.
