State law requires California to reduce organic waste disposal 50 percent below 2014 levels by 2020 and 75 percent by 2025. To achieve the reductions the Legislature required CalRecycle to adopt organic waste reduction regulations. This presentation discusses the pending regulations and their potential impact on the waste water sector.
