Rehabilitation of wastewater collection systems and plants requires teamwork through the lifecycle of asset management. These teams work together to rehabilitate aging infrastructure, develop new waste streams, and maintain equipment. How is information shared and what roles and responsibilities do team members have? How are the relationships seen amongst members?

Learner Outcomes:

Participants will be able to define the lifecycle of asset management from planning through disposal of physical and infrastructure assets.
Participants will be able to describe lessons learned and how to incorporate positive steps towards planning, developing and implementing sustainable and resilient wastewater project upgrades.
Participants will be able to share knowledge and requirements that are necessary to build stronger collaborative teams to develop, operate and maintain new innovative waste streams.
