The presentation will provide an overview of the evolution of maintenance at OCSD, from reactive to predictive, and its plan to contribute towards implementing an Enterprise Level Asset Management. The session will cover the types of predictive maintenance (PdM) technology being implemented today, and the way these PdM efforts help reduce the process equipment downtime. This presentation will highlight the types of PdM tasks and testing being performed today on OCSD's rotating process equipment, such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasonic, Thermography, Oil Analysis, and Laser Alignment.
