PR professionals share ideas, tools, and best practice tips on creating a strong brand, showcasing leadership, and building positive reputations which customers will recognize on the best days, and you can draw upon during difficult times.

• Showcase their public agency programs, services and staff with customers through plant tours, school programs, speaking engagements, marketing materials, website, social media, open houses, and participation in local community events.
• Collaborate more effectively with media representatives for positive, engaging and on-message stories about your agency and our industry.
