The goal is to provide the attendees with a better understanding of not only how the components of a centrifugal pump are installed but to identify the warning signs that maintenance will be needed in order to avoid a complete pump failure before it happens. The goal is to maximize a pumps performance life and minimize downtime.

Learner Outcomes:

Upon completion of this session attendees will have a better understand how to maximize pump performance through proper maintenance practices, see first hand how factory pump assemblers install components and to properly maintain a pump in the system.
During the session attendes are invited to ask questions about the components that have been discussed and possibly identify causes of problems that have been experienced in their own applications.
After completion of this session participants should be able to share the knowledge gained with their coworkers in an effort to perform proper maintenance practices.
