This session will focus on regulatory changes which will impact biosolids management, renewable energy production, and climate change mitigation.

Learner Outcomes:

• Understand how regulations will impact the wastewater sector with respect to reporting biosolids uses.
• Understand how regulations will alter management options for the use of biosolids and provide opportunities for co-digestion of diverted organic waste.
• Understand what is happening at the federal level with respect to biosolids regulations and management.
