Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to participate in the Cover-all Bingo & Raﬄe during the 15th Annual Promoting Excellence Symposium (PES) at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa. Participation in the Cover-all Bingo & Raﬄe is included in the exhibitor fee. The participating company’s name will appear on the bingo card that conference attendees will receive in their registration packets. The Cover-all Bingo & Raﬄe program is a great way to attract traffic to your booth. Should your company wish to opt out and not participate in the program, please indicate this in the check box located on the Exhibitor Contract.
Participants must visit each booth involved in the game to receive an exhibitor-provided sticker or stamp on their bingo card showing they have been to that booth and had an opportunity to talk with those industry representatives. This gives you an excellent opportunity to discuss and showcase your products and services, as well as answer any questions. Booths must be maintained at all times and exhibitors must provide their own sticker/stamp.
A portion of the exhibitor registration fee will be used to purchase prizes to be raﬄed. The drawing will be held in the Exhibit Hall at 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2019. Winners must be present to win.
