The FVMA strongly recommends that you register in advance for the 90th FVMA Annual Conference. Registration is required for all aspects of the meeting. Your registration includes access to all CE sessions; the Exhibit Hall; lunch on Friday and Saturday; the Friday reception and all breaks held in the Exhibit Hall; and conference proceedings. Advance registrations are accepted at the FVMA office until April 23, 2019. After this deadline, a late registration fee of $100 for veterinarians and $50 for technicians will be added to all registrations, including on-site registrations.
Confirmation
A confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you from the FVMA. Please contact us if any information in the confirmation is incorrect in order to correct the error in a timely manner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees, minus a $50.00 administrative charge, is Tuesday, April 23, 2019. Cancellations should be submitted to the FVMA in writing and acknowledged by the above date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after April 23, 2019, including on-site no-shows, are not refundable.
Americans with Disabilities Act
Persons with disabilities who plan on attending the 90th FVMA Annual Conference and need auxiliary aids or services are requested to make arrangements by contacting the FVMA office at 800.992.3862 no later than April 23, 2019.
Name Badges
Name badges are required and will be checked when attending all conference functions. You must be a registered conference attendee to receive a name badge. An attendee traveling with a spouse/guest who does not wish to attend the CE sessions may purchase a spouse/guest badge. This allows the spouse/guest to attend all other conference food and social events, including lunch on Friday and Saturday. The cost for a spouse/guest badge is $95.00.
On-site Registration
On-site registration will be available at the FVMA registration desk at the Tampa Convention Center.
