Critical patients involve very intensive nursing care. Ventilator care, post-op surgery care, neurologic nursing care and a technician’s critical thinking skills are all involved in every aspect of critical nursing care. This lecture will start from when the critical patient hits the ICU floor to when the patient walks out the door.
