Reproductive emergencies are common in both general practice and the emergency room setting. They can be both extremely rewarding and frustrating for the small animal practitioner. This lecture will focus on evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of common reproductive emergencies in our small animal patients, including dystocia, pyometra, eclampsia and more.
