CEU FAQs
How do I sign up to earn CEUs?
During online event registration, you will be prompted to indicate the CEUs that you are interested in receiving at the event, as well as your certifying body membership numbers. At the conference registration desk onsite, you will receive an event name badge with a bar code, which will contain your CEU information. Please have the session assistant scan your badge at the end of each workshop or session that you attend. Verification of your attendance will automatically be sent to the applicable certifying bodies, and you will hear from them directly.
If you have already registered, but did not include CEUs, you may go back into registration and select “Update an Existing Registration.”
CEUs for each session will be listed on the website, conference app, and Day-at-a-Glance, which will be handed out daily.
How many CEUs credit hours can I earn by attending the conference?
By attending the full conference, Monday- Thursday, you could potentially earn 20.5 credit hours for ASHI, BPI, InterNACHI, NARI, and NATE. Please note, to earn this amount of credits you will need to attend Monday workshops and a 90-minute session during each breakout, Tuesday through Thursday.
Certificate of Attendance
Verification for your Employer or for your Personal Records
Do you need verification that you attended the conference?
You must attend at least nine sessions at the national conference to receive a Certificate of Attendance. (The opening general session is not eligible for credit.) Please note, a morning or afternoon workshop counts as 2 sessions; a full day workshop counts as 4 sessions.
Your certificate will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. At the conclusion of a session or workshop you have attended, the session assistant will scan the bar code on your conference admittance badge. You will automatically get credit for attending that session. Certificates of Attendance do not list the specific sessions attended.
Transcripts
A transcript lists all sessions that you attended at the conference, including the session title, date and session length. A transcript of courses attended is available for purchase at registration and is emailed to the attendee approximately two weeks after the event. A transcript is recommended to provide to continuing education accrediting bodies for CEUs not provided by the Home Performance Coalition and that require verification of attendance.
